Refund and cancellation policy

SlideLesson lessons are digital files prepared for each buyer with their own watermark. Because they cannot be returned once delivered, these rules apply.

Cancellation before delivery

You can cancel an order any time before we send your download link. We will refund the full amount.

When we will refund after delivery

• You were charged twice for the same order.
• We did not deliver your files within 3 working days of payment.
• The files do not open or are incomplete, and we cannot send working files within 3 working days of you telling us.

When we cannot refund

Once the files have been delivered and work correctly, we cannot offer a refund for a change of mind. Please try the free sample chapter before buying.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are paid to the original payment method within 7 working days of approval.
