This policy explains what information Koutheesh Consulting Service ("SlideLesson") collects and how we use it.

What we collect

• Details you give us when you ask for a demo, a quotation or a licence: your name, role, school, city, phone number, email address and the classes you need.
• Payment details needed to confirm your payment, such as the UPI or bank transaction reference. When online payment is added, card and UPI payments will be handled by our payment provider (Razorpay); we never see or store your card details.
• Basic records of the files we send you, so we can resend them and support you.

How we use it

• To reply to you, run demos and send quotations.
• To prepare your watermarked decks and deliver them.
• To send receipts, updates to your purchased decks, and occasional news about new classes. You can ask us to stop news messages at any time.

What we don't do

We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with service providers we need to run SlideLesson (for example email, WhatsApp, hosting and payment providers), or where the law requires.

How long we keep it

We keep purchase records for as long as tax and accounting law requires. We keep enquiry details for up to two years unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
