Delivery policy

SlideLesson sells digital products only. Nothing is shipped by post.

How you receive your lessons

• After we confirm your payment, we prepare your decks with your name or your school's name as a watermark.
• We send a download link by email or WhatsApp, normally within 24 hours and at most within 3 working days.
• Each download link stays active for 7 days. Ask us any time during your licence year if you need it sent again.

What you receive

PowerPoint files (.pptx), one per chapter, for the classes in your licence. They open in Microsoft PowerPoint and WPS Office.

Classes not yet released

If your Classes 3–8 bundle includes classes that are not yet released, we send them as soon as each class is ready, at no extra cost.
